Juniper Restaurant, in Edwards Colorado, is the confluence of Contemporary and Seasonal Cuisine. Located just minutes from Vail and Beaver Ceek Resorts and along the banks of the Eagle River. Established in 2002 the restaurant is the culmination of a dream, a desire for excellence and a passion for fine food made from scratch using fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients, all artfully presented.
